WHY I LIKE BROKERZUKA SO MUCH :

There will never be a concrete answer on why I like them so much, but the easiest reason why is that their dynamic is just interesting lol. With so much potential for so many dynamics and relationships and stories, I feel like their one of the many ships that can make a very intruiging pair. I'm aware that Brokerzuka, in canon, technically counts as onesided and in some cases unhealthy, but that's just what I like about them. Their doomed by the narrative and I think it's absolutely awesome.-All of this is fully headcanon, and only some parts of it could be canon.
Past BrokerZuka: One of my personal favorite interpetations about them is that they could be exes; during Zuka's glory days they could've been in a romantic (or queerplatonic) relationship with eachother, whether it'd be for shits and giggles or for some form of 'business', I definitely think it could work for some goofy situations. I fully believe that (younger/past) Broker and Zuka's relationship would never be taken seriously by both of them if they were to be romantically involved, however.I feel like the inability (or rather, carelessness instead) to take their relationship seriously could make both of them spiral into a pit of resentment towards each other somehow, some way, leading them to just cut contact with one another, or Broker just simply disappearing one day (because he'd obviously be on the run from the authorities, and I think it'd definitely be possible for the dude to just disappear off of Zuka's radar for a couple of years.)Regarding non-romantic, non-queerplatonic Brokerzuka, and seeing them just as good ol' pals or business partners, it's the one I lean most to by my personal interpetations of them.

Younger Broker interpetation : I assume this dude would be about 20-25- maybe even a little older- when him and Zuka first met. He would definitely be just the same as he was older, but probably a little 'less mature', more reckless and more out there than he is now. Newer to the whole crime scene; he would probably be on the authorities radar more, which would also potentially lead him to go and try and find a partner in crime, finding Zuka as an interesting candidate with him working for Blackrock and being famous, could lead him to more sensitive information if he just dug his way into Zuka's trust. Overall a guy who's weird and an enigma to this world like he's always been, probably also has lice-filled hairYounger Zuka interpetation : 30-35 years old, maybe younger or older, but no less than 27. Definitely cocky and full of himself, perhaps a facade or an actual thing he feels, both fit him regardless. Meeting Broker through some drug deal, he'd probably only stay in touch with him just so he could get intel on potential enemies, or just some extra weed. He would mostly see Broker as any old acquaintance he's talked to (the few he has), treating him well, but most definitely bickering with him in a satire format for his own (and Broker's) amusement. I also think this is the time where Broker gave him the "Zukes" nickname.For both of them, I think a majority of their time spent together would be in bars, or suspicious and untrustworthy alleyways, for obvious reasons. Whether it would be playing poker with eachother, or Broker gambling with his (lack of) money, leaving Zuka to not really deal with the consequences (Broker's very much an expert at fleeing.)
In the end, their beginning relationship begins as two dumbasses and their reckless doings, ending with Broker fleeing one day, leaving Zuka by himself and one less 'friend' to have for the rest of his glory days.I believe, for how they both are as people, they wouldn't inherently care for each other, nor trust one another for obvious reasons. (I mean, Broker's a criminal, definitely untrustworthy, probably tries to get you into his cryptocurrency scam, Zuka is untrustworthy in the means that he works for Blackrock, definitely could easily kill you, overall better to be on his good side) However from all the acquaintances they both had, if they had to choose one to talk with, they'd (probably) choose each other.-Present Brokerzuka... is a wip kid. im tired of writing bruh.
